- **02 Design: Strategy & Story Architecture.** Positioning, narrative development, messaging, creative strategy, campaign concepts, treatments, scripts, and editorial frameworks.
- **03 Make: Production.** End-to-end physical production for documentary, branded film, institutional storytelling, campaigns, interviews, short-form series, and original content. This covers development and casting through directing, cinematography, and field production.
